Electric Vehicle Awareness Day, Aug. 11

If you'd asked me a couple of years ago if I was interested in attending an electric car fair, I would probably have rolled my eyes and replied, "Yeah, except I've got drum circle rehearsal that day." Oh, how the world and our mindsets have changed. If you're curious about electric cars and want to see them for yourself, head to Pioneer Courthouse Square on August 11. The Oregon Electric Vehicle Association will be there from 9am-5pm to answer all of your questions. Like, "what's the real deal on batteries?" And, "can I get this in a station wagon?"
