It seems everytime I turn around I hear about another 'swap site' -- a Web site where you list items you want to swap for other items at no cost. Here are just a few:
Books: Both FrugalReader and BookMooch are free swap sites; list the books you want, list the books you have and just pay for postage to ship 'em out. In addition to books, SwapTree has listings for music, DVDs and video games.
Children's Clothing & Gear: At Swap Baby Goods and Zwaggle you can swap clothes, toys, gear, furniture, pretty much anything related to kids.
Women's Clothing & Make-up: SwapStyle and MakeupAlley are a couple of options (and I would hope that the make-up is not used).
