Michael Pollan videos about In Defense of Food

If you haven't read Michael Pollan's In Defense of Food, then fear not. Ecotrust is showing a series of four videos on its Web site (only three have been released so far) featuring Michael Pollan being interviewed by Deborah Kane, VP of Ecotrust's Food & Farm program, as well as outtakes of his talk at the Bagdad Theatre last month. He speaks as wonderfully down-to-earth as he writes. The videos are only 10-12 minutes long and can be viewed online, so carve out some time to watch them. The videos were produced by Cooking up a Story, which is another site you MUST check out...oh, the power of film.
