See 'King Corn' tomorrow in Portland; on PBS April 15

Kingcorn King Corn is one of those little documentaries that has become a must-see for anyone who is concerned about the environment or the US industrial food chain (shudder). One of the co-producers and co-stars of the film, Curt Ellis, is an alum of the Catlin Gabel School here in Portland. Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 2 at 7pm, Curt will present a free screening of his film at Catlin's Cabell Center Theater. The screening is open to the public.

And for those of you who aren't lucky enough to live in Portland (bwa-ha-ha) King Corn will be playing on PBS through the Independent Lens series on April 15 at 10pm. Check your local listings.
