Portland: eco-friendly landscape maintenance & house cleaning recommendations?

Sometimes you just need a little extra help around the house, but you want that help to be in alignment with your own non-toxic values. A Portland reader writes:

Between kids, work and life I have let the yard go more than usual.  I am looking for and having difficulty finding an organic/environmentally friendly landscape/yard maintenance company.

Has anyone had success using an eco-friendly house cleaner? I've heard of Terra Clean, but don't know anyone that's used them. Are there independent house cleaners out there doing the green thing? Thanks!

Alas, while I dream of it, I've not had the pleasure of hiring either of these services in the past (and probably not for the future either, boo hoo.) Any suggestions, Portlanders?
