Baby step: turn your tissue holder into a hanky holder

Hanky-holder Last year handkerchiefs were just being pondered in our house. This year, they are a reality. I  have not bought a box of disposable tissues in months. We have, however, washed and dried a boatload of Kirkland baby wipes and now use those as hankies on a regular basis. The trouble is the folding, and where to put them. We've experimented a little. I filled up old plastic baby wipe boxes with clean, dry folded wipes, but nine times out of 10 the kids ignore those, let boogers drip out of their noses or yell something like "Mom -- where's the tissues?" My latest stroke of genius (ha, ha) is to turn the our tissue holders upside down and stuff them with a handful of clean, dry wipes (eliminating the folding part -- now you see the genius??).

Next I just need to figure out a good reuse for my old paper napkin holder...
