Weigh in on FTC Green Guides

Do you ever find yourself confused or muttering under your breath about sketchy green claims on product packages? Well the Federal Trade Commission feels your pain! The commission's revised Green Guides don't want sneaky marketers throwing out broad, unsubstantiated claims like 'eco-friendly' any more! And how about those green seals and certifications? There's far too many, and what the heck do they all mean?

Now, I won't try to convince you that this will be scintillating reading. But your opinions matter! The FTC's revised Green Guides are open for public comment for 60 days. You can download a summary of the proposed revised Guides on the FTC's site, and can comment online.
