The commission's revised Green Guides don't want sneaky marketers throwing out broad, unsubstantiated claims like 'eco-friendly' any more! And how about those green seals and certifications? There's far too many, and what the heck do they all mean?
Now, I won't try to convince you that this will be scintillating reading. But your opinions matter! The FTC's revised Green Guides are open for public comment for 60 days. You can download a summary of the proposed revised Guides on the FTC's site, and can comment online.
