Edible Portland now online

Summer2007cover2 I've written before about the gorgeous quarterly magazine Edible Portland, published by the Ecotrust Food & Farms program, which celebrates local food. I always pick mine up at the Hillsdale Farmers Market (free) but they go pretty fast. If you can't find one around town, fear not, because all of the Edible Portland content is now available online. This really is a fantastic publication, and I always get a warm, homey, let's-buy-a-goat-farm feeling when I read it. Make sure to read Zoe Bradbury's article on making the tough organic-versus-local food decision. You'll probably recognize yourself!
